14th Street Rehab CIP Project Update
Second Community Meeting

🚧 Community Meeting – 14th Street Improvements
Upland residents are invited to attend an important upcoming community meeting regarding planned street and utility improvements along 14th Street.
The City of Upland previously held a neighborhood meeting in September 2025 to gather input on the proposed 14th Street Pavement Rehabilitation and Utility Improvement Project. Based on that feedback, City staff have refined the proposed improvements and are now returning to the community to share updates and gather additional input before construction begins.
This second meeting is an opportunity for residents and property owners to:
Learn about the updated project design
Ask questions directly to City staff and project engineers
Provide input during the final design phase
