14th Street Rehabilitation & Utility Improvement Community Workshop
Come learn about the project and provide your feedback and input

Neighbors,
I want to extend a personal invitation for you to join me at an upcoming community meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Landecena Community Center (1325 San Bernardino Road). The City Engineers are currently in the design phase of the 14th Street Roadway & Utility Improvement project and staff is requesting input and feedback from residents living in and around 14th Street between Campus and Grove.
Why This Matters
14th Street is a key neighborhood roadway, and like many of our streets, it needs attention. The project under consideration will improve both the roadway itself and the underground utilities that serve homes and businesses in the area. These improvements are not just about paving; they’re about ensuring safe, reliable infrastructure that supports our residents for decades to come.
What You’ll Learn at the Meeting
An overview of the proposed roadway and utility improvements along 14th Street.
The chance to share your thoughts on design options and what you’d like to see prioritized.
A clear explanation of the timeline, impacts, and benefits of the project.
This is not just a presentation — it’s a conversation. Your feedback is vital in shaping how this project moves forward. Our goal is to make sure improvements reflect the needs and concerns of those who live and travel along 14th Street every day.
