14th Street Rehabilitation Project UPDATE
Whats Next?

Following the September community meeting, staff have been working diligently to evaluate and implement the community’s recommendations. This process took a bit longer than initially anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances associated with active construction projects currently underway.
We’re pleased to share that staff have now completed the revisions and were able to incorporate many of the public’s suggestions. As with any project, recommendations were carefully prioritized based on safety considerations and overall community benefit.
We anticipate presenting the revised draft to the community in early spring, with construction expected to begin in late summer. At the next public meeting, staff will display the original plan (complete with the community’s handwritten comments) alongside the revised plan, allowing residents to clearly see how their input helped shape the updated design.
