Join Us for the April 8th Public Works Committee Meeting

The City of Upland invites all residents to gather for an important Public Works Committee meeting taking place on April 8th at 5:00pm at the Carnegie Building, conveniently located across from City Hall. As a vital part of our community, your participation in local governance is encouraged.

This meeting promises to cover several significant topics, including a discussion on city sidewalks, and a proposal to adjust the current billing method for your Burrtec, sewer, and stormwater services.

The proposed change would transition these payments to the county tax rolls, allowing residents to make these payments just once a year. This shift is designed to simplify the payment process, potentially easing the financial burden on residents.

I understand that community input is invaluable. As such, there will be an opportunity for residents to voice their thoughts and provide feedback during the public comment segment of the meeting.

I strongly encourage you to attend and make your voice heard.

Mark your calendars for April 8th at 5:00pm.
