This Budget in Brief provides a concise overview of the City of Upland’s adopted 2025–26 budget, which represents the second year of the City’s two-year financial plan for Fiscal Years 2024–25 and 2025–26. The budget is developed by the City Manager’s Office in coordination with the Finance Division and is formally adopted by the City Council.
