Every day, residents across Upland play an important role in keeping our city clean, safe, and well-maintained. Whether you’re out for a walk, driving to work, or enjoying one of our parks, you’re the eyes and ears of our community.

If you notice graffiti, overgrown vegetation, abandoned shopping carts, potholes, or any other maintenance concern — let us know. City staff can only respond to issues that are reported, and your input helps us address problems quickly and efficiently.

Please remember — social media is not a reliable way to report service requests. The best way to ensure your concern reaches the right department is to contact us directly.

You can report a hazard, complaint, or other problem during office hours — Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. — by calling (909) 291-2930.
