Public Hearing Scheduled: Villa Serena Project

The Upland City Council will hold a public hearing and vote on the proposed Villa Serena residential project Monday June 9th at 6:00 PM in the City Council Chambers at Upland City Hall (460 N. Euclid Ave).
About the Project:
Villa Serena is a proposed residential development featuring 65 single-family detached homes on a currently vacant site located at the southwest corner of 15th Street and Campus Avenue. The project includes new streets, landscaping, and pedestrian improvements, and reflects revisions made in response to community feedback during prior meetings. It was originally approved in 2020 as part of a broader settlement agreement related to prior city infrastructure obligations.
