Upland Neighbors — A Quick Heads Up After All This Rain

With the heavy rain we’ve already seen — and more in the forecast — our streets are taking a beating. Saturated ground and repeated rainfall weaken the pavement, which leads to new potholes and standing water forming quickly.

If you see a pothole or persistent puddling, please don’t assume someone else has already reported it. These issues only get addressed when they’re reported.

👉 How to report:

  • 📞 Public Works Department: 909-291-2930

  • 📱 Or submit a request through the Upland App

Your reports help crews respond faster, protect vehicles, and keep our roads safe. This is one of those simple actions that makes a real difference for the whole community.

Thank you for helping take care of Upland.
