Strengthening Partnerships for Upland’s Future
Councilmembers Maust and Breitling sit down and discuss Upland's future with Assemblymember John Haribedian.
On Wednesday, October 22, Councilmember Shannan Maust and I had the pleasure of meeting with our State Assemblymember John Harabedian at the Magnolia Center here in Upland. Assemblymember Harabedian represents the 41st Assembly District, which includes approximately 50.9% of the City of Upland.
Our discussion was both productive and encouraging. We talked about how the City and State can work together to address shared priorities, including Upland’s current needs list, legislative issues under consideration in Sacramento, and ongoing updates on city projects and initiatives.
Building strong partnerships through open communication, mutual respect, and collaboration is essential to ensuring that the voices of Upland residents are heard at every level of government.
