New City Website and App

City of Upland Launches New “UplandConnect” Mobile App
The City of Upland has officially launched UplandConnect, a new mobile app designed to make it easier for residents and businesses to access City services, report issues, stay informed, and connect directly with City Hall.
Powered by GOGov, the new app serves as a one stop platform that brings together many of the City’s most commonly used services and resources into a single easy to use application. Through UplandConnect, residents can report concerns such as graffiti, potholes, debris, water leaks, damaged signs, and playground repairs while also accessing City meeting agendas, community calendars, recreation class registration, and utility bill payment services.
One of the major features of the app is its improved service request system. Residents can upload photos, track requests from submission to completion, and receive status updates directly through the app. For those who prefer privacy, anonymous reporting is also available.
Assistant City Manager and Public Works Director Damien Arrula explained that the app also gives City staff better tools to track requests, identify recurring issues, analyze service trends, and improve overall response times. Over time, the City plans to use the collected data to prepare annual public reports showing common request types, response times, and areas experiencing the greatest needs.
The City also announced that previous City apps are no longer supported as of May 11, 2026, and that UplandConnect will now serve as the primary platform for City services and communication moving forward.
Residents and businesses can download the app today and learn more through the City’s official website.
